When Capital Vacations wanted to transport their guests to the islands, Cater the Ozarks brought the luau to life! From the moment guests arrived, the sights, smells and flavors of the tropics set the stage for an unforgettable evening.

Guests were greeted with tray-passed appetizers, including crispy Coconut Shrimp with Pineapple Coconut Calypso Sauce and savory Spam Fries with Garlic Truffle Aioli. The buffet featured a full spread of customized dishes, highlighted by a whole roasted pig on display, along with Island-style favorites like Teriyaki Chicken Skewers, Tiki Smoked Pig, tropical salads, fresh fruit and signature desserts.

To complete the experience, our team transformed the buffet into a true island showpiece using real banana leaves, coconuts, pineapples and edible orchids for lush tropical decor.
